The 5 Ways to Wellbeing is a comprehensive six-week programme specifically designed to explore and implement the core pillars of mental health.
Each week, participants focus on one of the five evidence-based “ways to wellbeing,” gaining a deep understanding of how to integrate these habits into daily life.
The sessions are delivered in one-hour slots that balance theory with practical application.
Facilitated through an interactive workbook, the programme combines reflective exercises with hands-on activities to ensure a dynamic and engaging learning experience.
