Bookings for Easter HAF and Teen HAF programme in Cheshire East will go live at 3pm on Wednesday, March 18.
There’s a wide range of opportunities for children and young people to stay active, engaged and supported during the holidays.
Families will notice an important update this year.
Following new guidance from Cheshire East Council, HAF-funded places are now limited to four days per child across the Easter break.
These funded days, highlighted in green and blue on the different timetables (below), include a full programme of activities alongside a healthy meal.
To provide additional flexibility for families, Sports Coaching Group is introducing a special extended offer.
HAF-eligible parents and carers can book extra days for just Ā£15 per day.
These additional sessions include selected dates highlighted in red, as well as any extra green days beyond the four-day funded allocation.
While these sessions offer the same high-quality activities and experienced coaching, meals are not included.
Families can access this extended provision by emailing [email protected] after securing their initial HAF-funded places.
Alongside the main holiday camps, the Teen HAF programme returns this Easter, offering a tailored experience for older participants.
Like the main programme, HAF-funded places are limited to four days per teenager.
Teenagers can look forward to a mix of engaging opportunities, including dedicated Youth Activator sessions (highlighted in blue, see below), where they can build leadership skills, boost confidence and gain valuable experience supporting coaches.
Itās an ideal opportunity for those looking to strengthen their CV and take their first steps into coaching or sport.
In addition, YouthZone sessions (highlighted in green) provide a more relaxed, social setting where young people can enjoy golf simulators, pool and darts, as well as watch live sport with friends.
Each session includes free food and is fully supervised by experienced Sports Coaching Group staff, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at SportsZone, Moston Road, Sandbach, CW11 3HL.
With a blend of structured activities, social opportunities and skill development, the Easter HAF and Teen HAF programme offers something for everyone. Early booking is strongly recommended to secure preferred dates.
