Sports Coaching Group provides a wide range of swimming sessions tailored to diverse needs and abilities.
Each session is led by certified coaches, ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.
We are currently running our swim schools in Middlewich and Sandbach, where we aim to improve water confidence, safety skills, and ability through fun educational activities and games.
During each of our sessions children will access a wide range of sporting equipment to help unlock sporting potential and confidence in all of our participants.
We also run a Swimming for Schools service where we take a portable pool to schools so that pupils can learn to swim.
Swimming is the only sport to be included within the National Curriculum physical education programme of study.
All primary schools must provide swimming and water safety lessons at either Key Stage 1 or 2.
This is where Sports Coaching Group can help.
We can provide pop-up pools to hep you to provide these important lessons. We now have 10 pools.
SCG provides a pop-up filtered, heated pool at your school with qualified swimming teachers and lifeguards for 5.5 hours per day.
We install the pool and take it down and in case of accidents, it is fully insured.
It is installed three to five days before lessons to ensure quality, filtration and temperature checks have all been undertaken and are correct.
The pool is covered with a secure marquee. The pool is 32ftx16ft (9.7m x 4.8m) and has 55,000 litres of water, heated to between 28-32 degrees.
We provide a variety of swimming sessions from those wanting to learn to swim, to fun swimming sessions.
We cater both for children and adults.
Our pools are also available for private hire, how about having your own pool for an hour or two?!
We have professionally trained swimming instructors and life-guards.
This ensures a safe, effective, and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.
Catering to adults, these sessions accommodate both learners and those looking to improve their existing swimming skills

These help young children to get use to the water while they are with a carer or parent.
We cater for private hire for both one-to-one sessions or group sessions.
You can hire the pool out for a private party!
We also run the Swimming for Schools service where we take a portable pool to schools so that pupils can learn to swim.
Your child will need to bring suitable swimwear, a swimming hat, goggles if necessary with a towel, a change of clothes and shoes such as flip flops which are easily accessible.
Changing room facilities are provided, however showers are NOT onsite, so please shower before you come to our facilities.
Don’t worry if you forget any of your things! We have a onsite shop which will sell the essentials.
