When Sports Coaching Group and Sportscape Education joined parent organisation EMPHASIS Foundation Community Interest Company, a clear priority was to bring all three organisations together under one unified and recognisable identity.
That process began several months ago with the creation and launch of new logos for EMPHASIS, Sports Coaching Group and Sportscape Education.
These refreshed designs introduced a modern, cohesive visual identity that reflects the values shared across all three organisations, professionalism, community focus, and a commitment to high-quality sport and education provision.
Since then, the branding has been steadily rolled out across websites, documents, communication channels and programme materials.
But this month marks perhaps the most visible and significant step forward in that transformation.
New branded kit brings the identity to life
The introduction of the new staff kit is the latest milestone in aligning the organisations under the EMPHASIS CIC brand family.
For the first time, the organisations will present the same professional identity even if the colours vary, in the schools, community settings and education environments where our work has the greatest impact.
Why the new kit matters
A unified brand brings real-world benefits to every part of our work. The new kit helps to:
- Build trust with pupils, parents and school leaders;
- Reinforce professionalism across all delivery environments;
- Ensure instant recognition, strengthening public awareness;
- Create team cohesion across different sites and programmes.
Although Sports Coaching Group, Sportscape Education and EMPHASIS often operate across different services and locations, the new kit symbolises that we are connected by a shared mission and philosophy.

A big step forward
Feedback from staff has already been overwhelmingly positive, and the new kit represents an exciting marker of progress.
While there is more work ahead as our organisations continue to grow and evolve, this milestone is an important step in strengthening our collective identity.
We look forward to sharing further updates as the transformation continues.
