The 1st4Sport Level One Award for Activators (Multi-Skills) is a foundational course designed to give aspiring coaches the skills and knowledge needed to organise and lead dynamic, engaging coaching sessions.

Participants will delve into two key units:
- How to Activate Participants Through Multi-Skills: Learn techniques to engage and motivate diverse groups in physical activities;
- Understanding the Role of an Activator: Gain a clear understanding of the responsibilities involved in leading activity sessions.
The course is delivered through a mix of coursework and practical demonstrations, ensuring participants gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.
